    This place is the best chicken express in the world. Chicken express is super good stuff. The store manager is super nice and treats everyone like family . Try the fried fish omg it's underrated as $&@?

    If I could give negative stars, I would.   I ordered food.  Waited 15 minutes for them to cook it. Someone initialed the ticket that they had checked my order for completeness and gave me my food.  When I get home I noticed I was missing my fried okra.  No big deal. I called the store to complain. They said I could come back and get them. I said no, then my other fried food would be cold and limp.  I will get them the next time I come in.  Well apparently this is against company policy.  So basically I'm just out luck.  Seriously?  They made the mistake.  Horrible customer service.  Please share with your friends and family.

    I love the chicken tenders and the white gravy to dip them in. The fries also taste really good. We all loved the rolls and my 5 year old couldn't get enough of them. They also serve Diet Dr. Pepper. You have to love fried food to eat here but it is a really good lunch spot if you work in the area.

    Worst customer service ever.  I was shorted an item in the drive thru.  I called and spoke to Glen the alleged manager and he was not hekpful at all.  Plus the food is cold.  I will be contacting corporate. Bad experience all around.

    This is the best chicken place in Taylor. Best tenders, gravy and sides. The service is very good. The staff is trained to be respectful, polite and extremely cheerful. They can be busy but the slight wait is worth any inconvenience. Their tea is very good also.
